COVID-19 SAFETY
We thought we would take a moment to go over how we’re trying to keep you all safe whilst still enjoying visiting our beautiful Lola Jeans venues.
Track and trace:
When making an online booking you will be asked to add your contact details, these will be kept on record for 21 days.
On arrival all other members of your party, must give their track and trace details via our QR code.
This goes for walk-ins too.
If you don’t have a mobile phone that can register the QR code, we can take your details the good old fashioned way - pen & paper just ask a member of the team.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable in our venues. If you have any questions or concerns please email us and a member of the team will be in touch.
If you’re not venturing out we have our fabulous food available for take-out with the option of delivery or collection from either venue!

We ask customers who can to wear a mask on arrival. Our team will be wearing them throughout the venue.
There is hand sanitiser on arrival, as well as on each table and in the bathrooms. Please use this generously.
We ask that only one person uses stairs at a time and one person in the bathrooms at a time.
We have removed tables to create a more socially distant space in venue.
You’ll find posters to remind you to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds in our bathrooms.
Our teams are staying safe by washing their hands regularly, all team members are temperature checked before shift.
Drinks are placed on a tray for the customer to take from.
No bar service- sit back, relax, we’ll come to you.
There are no bookings above 6 .
We ask for separate tables to not interact to reduce movement around the venue – if you see your friends on a different table a wave will suffice!
We have disposable and wipe-able menus, which are disinfected after every use, and of course our tables and hard surfaces are too disinfected after every customer too.
